Leveraging a 30 plus year career in telecommunications (the first 18 of which were at AT&T / Lucent Tech /Avaya), that has specialized in Enterprise Wide traditional and IP Converged communications infrastructure. But the real value in Voice Communications are in the applications environment and Ravenhurst understands this. We understand the ROI within three focused disciplines: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / Call Center, Mobility Solutions and Unified Messaging.
During this time, we’ve successfully worked with hundreds of small, medium (SMB) and Enterprise level businesses to help them resolve their voice communications needs. Ravenhurst brings this expertise, along with extensive Project Management skills to ease new system implementations, and those changes on you and your employees. Ravenhurst currently:
- For mid-sized textile company, acts as an outsourced Telecommunications Manager, handling all the company’s voice communication needs; including an Avaya CM platform covering five separate locations and a Windstream MPLS data back bone network.
- Along with an Avaya Enterprise level Business Partner provides ongoing design, implementation and support of an Avaya CM (Aura) Enterprise level Voice Platform for a multi-national manufacturer and distribution company. The platform currently supports 13 locations across nine states and two countries (Toronto & Vancouver Canada); all tied together via an MPLS backbone network supporting inter-corporate locations for both voice and data.
- Helped a small used car dealership manage their telecom infrastructure as they grew from a single location, to four. Implementing a single IP based phone system (Avaya IP Office) to support all locations across a Windstream MPLS network, also implemented and managed by Ravenhurst.
- Ravenhurst has acted as sub-contractor and local Project Manager for large “green field” projects; coordinating cabling/ low voltage infrastructure, and initial installation of voice/ date hardware. Getting sites “move-in ready.” Ravenhurst has developed a reputation for our ability to muster the resources to get these jobs done.
